Graupe Announces 2018 Class Addition

MINOT, N.D. – The Minot State women's basketball team announced a signing addition to their 2018 class, head coach Mark Graupe announced on Friday.

Mollie Wilson of Gillette, Wyoming signed her national letter of intent to attend Minot State and play women's basketball.

"Mollie is a great athlete who has just begun to scratch the surface in basketball," said Graupe. "I believe that she could play basketball, soccer and volleyball at the collegiate level, but now she can just concentrate on becoming a better basketball player. She has tremendous upside and I look forward to seeing her represent Minot State."

The Gillette, W.Y. native attended Campbell County High School where she earned all-state honors in soccer and basketball and was named all-conference in volleyball. Wilson led her team to three consecutive appearances in the state championship game in basketball while winning in 2016 and 2018.

"Mollie is a dedicated student and a three-sport athlete who has an incredibly high ceiling as a basketball player," said Campbell County High School girls' basketball coach Mitch Holst. "She helped our basketball team win two state championships and a runner-up finish. Her athleticism is off the charts and she has a bright future in the sport."

Wilson was also a member of student council and was named to the Principal's Honor Roll and Honor Roll.
