• Won the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championship in the triple jump in 2003 (48-6.75)
• Four-time NAIA All-American
• Second in the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championship in the distance medley relay in 2002
• Third in the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championship in the triple jump in 2003
• Third in the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championship in the triple jump in 2001
• Holds School Record for indoor triple jump of 49-0.75
• Also competed in football for Minot State for two seasons
