MINOT, N.D. – Minot State University officials have announced signing of three more student-athletes Monday afternoon.
Thomas Armstrong of Omaha, Neb., Marcus Williams of Waddell, Ariz., and Nick Baity of San Jose, Calif. have all signed an Intent to Enroll to continue their academic and athletic careers at Minot State University.
Minot State football went 3-8 overall in 2012, their first year as a member of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference and NCAA Division II. MISU will open their 2013 season on the road against Concordia-St. Paul on Sept. 7.
Arizona (1)
Marcus Williams, 6-0, 195, DB, Waddell, Ariz. (Shadow Ridge High School)
Williams participated in baseball, football and track & field at Shadow Ridge High. He was named to the First Team All-Section as Defensive Back. During his senior year, Williams recorded 27 tackles and five interceptions, leading his team to a 7-4 record.

Nick Baity, 6-3, 185, QB, San Jose, Calif. (Gunderson High School/West Valley College)
Baity was named offensive MVP at Gunderson High during his senior season. He was also named Second Team All-Conference. At West Valley College, Baity passed for 1,713 yards and 12 touchdowns.
Nebraska (1)
Thomas Armstrong, 6-3, 265, OL, Omaha, Neb. (Omaha Benson High School/Central Lakes College)
Armstrong played both football and baseball at Omaha Benson High, lettering in football three times and baseball twice. He played one season at Central Lakes College in Minn., earning Second Team All-Conference after starting all 11 games.
