FAYETTE, Iowa – Junior Haley Berryman scored her fifth and sixth goals of the season to lead Minot State in a 3-1 win over Upper Iowa on Saturday afternoon in Fayette, Iowa.

The Beavers improve to 8-4-1 (7-3 NSIC) on the season while Upper Iowa drops to 3-8-1 (3-6-1 NSIC).

Berryman broke the scoreless tie in the 41^st minute, receiving a pass from Sofia Lewis and scoring into the left side of the goal for her fifth goal of the season.

Upper Iowa answered in the 62^nd minute, scoring off a free kick just outside the box from Rachel Fowler.

The Beavers took the lead for the final time in the 63^rd minute. Berryman scored her second of the match from the right side on a shot that crossed from right to left.

Andrea Franco scored in the 67^th minute from just inside the box to extend Minot State's lead to 3-1.

Erin Rafferty recorded a match-high six saves in the win.

Upper Iowa finished with a 16-12 advantage in shots while Minot State notched a 2-1 lead in corner kicks.

Yellow cards were issued to Minot State's Haley Berryman in the 61^st minute and Upper Iowa's Charlotte Ryan in the 83^rd minute.
