MINOT, N.D. – The Minot State women's soccer team returns to the pitch at Herb Parker Stadium, as they host Sioux Falls and Southwest Minnesota State. The Beavers will face Sioux Falls on Saturday at noon and Southwest Minnesota state on Sunday at 1 p.m.

Scouting the Sioux Falls Cougars
The Sioux Falls Cougars enter Saturday afternoon's match carrying a 3-4-1 overall mark and 2-2-1 record in the NSIC this season. Lauren LaFavre leads the Cougars with seven points and three goals, followed by Morgan Lovato's five points and two goals this season. Chessa Novotny and Jackie Montes have recorded a team-high two assists.
Goalkeeper Morgan Perkins is 3-4-1 on the season with a 1.48 goals-against average and .812 save percentage. Perkins ranks second in the NSIC with 52 saves on the season.
Head coach Brittany Domino is in her third season at the helm of the Cougar program and holds a career mark of 8-30-5.

Scouting the Southwest Minnesota State Mustangs
Southwest Minnesota State enters the weekend with an 0-7 (0-5 NSIC) record this season. The Mustangs are set to play at UMary on Saturday before facing the Beavers on Sunday afternoon. Emily Huddleston, Alexandra Miskowiec and Fabiana Piero have scored the three Mustang goals this season. Amanda Hartmann leads the team with two assists.
Goalkeeper Jessica Craigmile is 0-5-0 on the season with a 2.91 goals-against average and .644 save percentage.
Head coach Erin Kasmarik-Mallett is in her third season at Southwest Minnesota State and has posted a career record of 14-21-3.
