MINOT, N.D. -- The unbeaten Minot State women's soccer team will open the road portion of its Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference schedule this weekend as it visits Minnesota State Moorhead on Friday (Sept. 14) at 3 p.m. and Northern State on Sunday (Sept. 16) at 1 p.m. The Beavers will also face Jamestown in an exhibition match on the road on Saturday (Sept. 15) at 5 p.m.
The Beavers kept their unbeaten record in tact on Tuesday when
Jordyn Cook scored with 2:09 to play in regulation to spark Minot State to a 3-2 win over Mary in Herb Parker Stadium. The win raised the Beavers overall record to 3-0-1 and their conference record to 1-0.
Sophomore
Sofia Lewis has been virtually unstoppable through four matches as she has six goals, three assists and 15 points. She tallied two more goals against Mary, which marked the second time this season she has scored two goals in a match. Lewis also has a pair of game-winning goals and has a shooting percentage of .462.
Haley Berryman ranks second on the team with three goals and the senior also has an assist for seven points on the year.

Taryn Love and Cook have also scored goals for the Beavers, while
Sydnee Canales and
Cinthya Samaniego have two assists on the year.
Erin Rafferty has a 3-0-1 record in goal and boasts a 0.76 goals against average and has made eight saves.
Minnesota State Moorhead is 0-3 on the season and 0-1 in the NSIC, while Northern State is 3-1 overall and 1-0 in league play.
