(ADRIAN, MI.) -- Early on Thursday afternoon, the #4 ranked Minot State women's hockey team ended their long break and battled with third-ranked Adrian College. The game was just that, a battle. After it was all said and done, the Beavers were able to emerge victorious 3-2 in overtime. 
 

Ensley Fendelet, Sami Jo Henry, and Mackenzie Balogh were the goal scorers for the Beavers, with Balogh scoring the game-winning goal in overtime. Camryn Clyne, Haley Wickham, Story Navrot, Henry, and Mackenzie Heide were all credited with an assist in the game. Jordan Ivanco did a fantastic job in net for the Beavers, turning aside 24 of the 26 shots she faced in the game.
 

The Beavers now travel across state lines into Ohio to take on the ninth-ranked University of Miami (OH) tomorrow at 12:20 p.m.
