Spring Soccer Season Ends with 2-0 Loss at Bemidji State

Box Score BEMIDJI, MINN. – Minot State women's soccer hit the road for their second game this weekend and lost the 2021 season finale to Bemidji State. The host Beavers defeated Minot State 2-0.
 
Bemidji strikers Sara Wendt and Erin Becker each scored goals in the victory for the Beavers. Wendt struck first with a 10th-minute score, her fourth of the season, after an assist from Maggie Hallock.
 
Later, Wendt assisted Becker on the dagger goal in the 63rd-minute.
 
Bemidji State also led in the shots category with 15 total attempts compared to Minot State's 14. BSU also had a 5-3 advantage in shots on goal.
 
The game at Bemidji was the final contest of the season for Minot State. The Beavers finished the 2021 spring season with a 5-4 overall record.
