WAYNE, Neb. -- The Minot State Beavers rallied from down 8-6 in the sixth inning to win in thrilling fashion, tallying four runs in the seventh to secure a 10-8 victory over the Wayne State (NE) Wildcats Saturday in an NSIC doubleheader. Minot State then took game two 13-4
Sophomore Jasmine Blizzard (5-1) picked up the victory out of the bullpen for Minot State (25-8, 7-3 NSIC). The right-hander went 5.2 innings, giving up five runs, all of them earned, on nine hits, allowing no walks and striking out nine.
In the batter's box, the Beavers were led by junior Jamie Odlum, who went 4-for-5 on the day with a triple and two RBI. Junior Kilee Fehd compiled a standout performance at the plate as well, going 2-for-2 with two doubles, a walk and three RBI. Sophomore Brooklyn Morrison also chipped in for Minot State, putting together two hits in five trips to the plate while adding three RBI.

Freshman Reegan Floyd (8-2) started in the circle and picked up the win for Minot State. The right-hander went five innings, giving up four runs, all of them earned, on nine hits, allowing two walks and striking out four. Junior Zoya Robbins also made an impact in the circle for the Beavers, throwing one scoreless inning while allowing no hits, with one walk and one strikeout
