LYNCHBURG, Va. – A pair of third-period goals helped host and No. 1-ranked Liberty hold on for a second straight win over Minot State as the Flames won 4-0 on Friday night.

The No. 3 Beavers (15-8-1 overall), fell 4-1 on Thursday at Liberty (20-1-0), which led 1-0 after the first period on Friday, and 2-0 after two periods.

The two teams wrap up their three-game series Saturday at 6:30 p.m. (CT).
