MINOT, -- Minot St. grabbed a 2-1 win against UMary Friday (Sept. 15) at home at Herb Parker Stadium.
Minot St. improved to 4-1-0 overall and 1-0-0 in NSIC action after the win.

Minot St. broke the 0-0 tie when Brooklyn Casey notched her first goal of the season in the 18th minute, assisted by Sierra Haren and Illiana Rivera.
The Beavers took a 2-0 lead on a goal from Lola Onsurez -- her first goal of the season -- in the 55th minute, assisted by Manuela Pacheco.
UMary got on the scoreboard to make it a 2-1 match on Olivia Gardner's 86th-minute goal, assisted by Maliah Burke. Neither team scored again in the game.
