MINOT, N.D. – Coming off a 2-1 non-conference win against Minnesota-Crookston, Minot State women look to extend their record to 2-0 Thursday at Montana State Billings. 
 
The Beavers and the Yellow Jackets recent matchup came just last season at Montana State Billings and resulted in a tie. Prior to last season, the Beavers and the Yellow Jackets split 1-1 in the 2020-21 season. 
 
Recent Games 
 
In the season opener win against Minnesota-Crookston, Yossi Villangrana and Jessica Groen both scored their first goals for the Minot State Beavers. Goalie, Siriana Gudino clinched her first win as a Minot State Beavers, allowing only one goal. 
 
On Saturday, Minot State takes on Black Hills State University in Billings, Montana. Entering Saturday's game, Minot State comes in with a 6-0-1 record over the Yellowjackets. Last season's game resulted in a 1-1 tie.
