Mankato, MN – Minot State's women's soccer team faced a tough battle in the NSIC finals, falling 2-0 to Minnesota State Mankato on Sunday, Nov. 17th, at the Pitch. The beavers ended their season with an 11-4-5 overall record after the closely contested match.
Game Notes:
- Siriana Gudino had 2 saves after facing 12 shots 4 of which were on target.
- The Beavers outshot Minnesota state with 13 attempts, 6 of which were on goal, compared to Minnesota State's 4 shots on target from 12 attempts.

Coach's Comments: Head Coach
T.J. Perez praised the team's overall performance, highlighting their determination and support for one another throughout the match and the season. "The team did great today. Everyone's support and effort was terrific. We dominated portions of the game, outshooting Mankato 13-12 and 6-4 on target and earning seven corners," the coach noted. They also mentioned an unfortunate missed call by the referees that nullified a potential goal late in the second half. Despite the setback, coach expressed immense pride: "I am very, very proud of how much this group has accomplished this season."
