MINOT, ND – Minot State Women's Soccer continued their impressive season with a 2-0 victory over Wayne State (NE) on Sunday (Nov. 3) at Herb Parker Stadium. With this win, the Beavers boosted their overall record to 9-3-4, including a 7-3-3 mark in NSIC play.

After a scoreless first half, Minot State broke the deadlock in the 47th minute. Mia Lewis, finding the net for her first goal of the season, made the critical breakthrough with an assist from Maria Pacheco Martinez. This game-winner was a defining moment, as Lewis' goal officially secured Minot State's playoff position.
Just two minutes later, Anna Miotto capitalized on the team's momentum, netting her fifth goal of the season in the 49th minute to extend the Beavers' lead to 2-0. From there, Minot State's defense stood strong, preventing any late rallies from Wayne State.
