SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- The Minot State Beavers rallied from down 12-9 in the eighth inning to win in breathtaking fashion, scoring nine runs in the ninth to secure an 18-12 victory over the Sioux Falls Cougars Sunday in NSIC action.
Junior Parker Collette (1-0) got the win out of the bullpen for Minot State (11-23overall, 8-16 NSIC). The right-hander went two innings, giving up one run without giving up a hit, allowing no walks and striking out three.
