MINOT, ND - The #6 ranked Minot State Beavers women's hockey team are set to host #15 University of Jamestown in a two-game series for the final regular season series of the year. Game one is scheduled for Friday, February 14, at 3:45 pm at the Maysa Arena. Game two is scheduled for Saturday, February 15, at 5:00 pm at the Maysa Arena, and the Beavers will be celebrating Senior Day. Coming into this series, the Beavers hold a record of 20-7-2, and the Jimmies hold a record of 7-14-6.

Minot State is coming off of a big road series in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where they swept the University of Minnesota in a two-game series. In game one, on Saturday, February 1, the Beavers shutout the University of Minnesota with a final score of 3-0. In game two, on Sunday, February 2, the Beavers defeated the University of Minnesota by a final score of 8-1. Throughout the two-game series, the Beavers outscored their opponent 11-1.
This weekend's series against the University of Jamestown is the fifth and sixth game between the Beavers and the Jimmies this season. The Beavers are currently 4-0-0 over Jamestown on the season. The last game between these two teams took place back on Saturday, December 7, where Minot State won in overtime with a final score of 2-1. The Beavers will be looking for the season sweep over the Jimmies this weekend.

Following the two-game series against the University of Jamestown, the Beavers will be back in action on the road in the WMCH Conference Tournament in O'Fallon, Illinois. Game times are TBA at this time, but the tournament runs from Thursday, February 20 through Saturday, February 22.
