MINOT, ND - The Minot State Women's Soccer team returns home for its first home game of the 2026 season as the Beavers host the University of Jamestown on Friday, September 4, at 5 p.m. at First Western Bank Field at Herb Parker Stadium.

Minot State opened the season on the road in California last weekend, facing a pair of tough opponents. The Beavers fell 4-0 to California Poly Pomona before dropping a 2-0 decision to California State LA on Saturday.

Goalkeeper Rebecca Sargent was tested throughout the opening weekend, recording 11 saves against Cal Poly Pomona before adding two saves against Cal State LA. Minot State recorded one shot on goal in each contest.

After gaining valuable experience against two competitive opponents, the Beavers return to Minot looking to regroup and earn their first win of the season. Minot State will look to build on the experience from its opening weekend and bring a strong start to its home opener against Jamestown.

The Beavers take on the Jimmies Friday at 5 p.m. at First Western Bank Field at Herb Parker Stadium.
