2016: Raced to a time of 39.40.8 to finished 167th at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships (11/5)... Placed 101st at the 2016 NSIC Cross Country Championships (10/22)... Finished 42nd overall with a 30:59.0 at the University of Jamestown Jimmie Invitational (10/7).

Pre Minot State: Played men's soccer for one season at Bismarck State College... Played in six games overall and finished with two shots on goal.

High School: Participated in soccer, track & field and cross country at Bismarck Century.
