2020-21 Season (Senior)
Recorded career-bests in the 3000 (9:30.51, 6th) at the Marauders Indoor Track and Field Open, 1500 (4:11.71, 22nd) at the USD Early Bird, 5000 (15:54.80, 52nd) at the Kip Janvrin Open, and 10,000 (34.25.12, 12th) at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2019-20 Season (Junior)
Member of distance medley-relay team that finished 8th at the NSIC Championships with a time of 10:34.29... Ran a 4:41.28 mile in the South Dakota State Indoor Classic, also finished with a time of 16:25.65 in the 5000m Run in the same competition... Posted a 2:46.43 time in the 1000m run at the Bison Open and a 4:35.89 in the mile run.

Competed in track and cross country at Colby Community College.... Placed 66th at the 26th Annual Colorado College Invite in 2017... Placed 65th in the OSU Cowboy Jamboree Men's 8k in 2017... NJCAA D1 Cross Country Championship participant... Placed 5th at the Mines Twilight Classic in the 4x400 on Jan. 20, 2018, also, finished 19th in the Mile at the same event... Grabbed a third-place finish in the DMR at the 2018 Region VI Indoor Championships.
High School
Participated in track, cross country, and soccer at Fremont High School in Fremont, Neb... Earning letters in all three sports... Graduated in 2017.
