2013: Started in all 52 games for Minot State as a senior... Was second on the team in batting average (.378), hits (56) and doubles (7)... Led the Beavers in home runs (16) and RBI (62)... Pitched in 32 games, making 20 starts in the circle... Went 13-6 with a 2.09 ERA and 142 strikeouts... Pitched six scoreless innings and drove in five RBI in a win over Spring Arbor University (3/11)... Named Second Team All-NSIC... Earned Daktronics First Team All-Central Region honors.
2012: Appeared in 40 games for the Beavers in her junior season... As a hitter she batted .274 throughout the year with two home runs and 26 RBI... In the circle, she proved dominant with 13-3 record and a 2.28 ERA... Collected three hits and three RBI vs. Fredonia State (3/16)... Earned the win against Fredonia State (3/16) with eight strikeouts in five innings.
2011: Played in 37 games, missing several due to injury... She was still a force to be reckon with blasting out two round trippers and driving in 15 RBI... Was limited on the mound because of the injury but was still able to record a of 4-0... Had a three hit game against Mayville State (4/27), and broke out for four RBI against Mount Marty (3/18) for season high's in both categories.
2010: Played in all 48 games for the Beavers in 2010... Batted .383 in 141 at bats, drove in a team high 43 runs on 4 home runs, and 13 doubles... Had a season high 4 hits and 4 RBI against the University of Regina (3/28), going 4 for 4... Finished with 14 multi-hit games... Pitched in 20 games... Threw 71 2/3 innings, striking out 55 on her way to a 7-3 record with a 2.93 ERA... Named to the DAC All-Conference team as a designated player.
Pre-Minot State: Redshirted at Jamestown College.
High School: Played softball and volleyball for Morden Collegiate.
Personal: Daughter of Gloria and Robert Friesen... Majoring in Physical Education.
