2023 Season (Cross Country)
Named to fall 2023 NSIC All-Academic Team …Named to spring 2024 VP of Academic Affairs Honor Roll …Finished 141st at the Central Region Championship in 34:20.1 on 10K course and finished 44th at the NSIC Championship in a personal-best 8K time of 25:57.6.

2022 Cross Country (Sophomore)
Named to NSIC All-Academic Team. ...Named to Spring 2023 VPAA and Engagement Honor Roll. ...Finished 160th at NCAA Division II Central Region Championship in 33:09.6 on 10K course. ...Ran an 8K personal-best of 27:00.0 at NSIC Championship, finishing 49th. ...Ran a 6K PR of 19:21.1, finishing 26th at the MSU Moorhead Dragon Twilight Invitational. ...Ran a 4 mile PR of 20:38.1, finishing 62nd at the Augustana Twilight.
 
2022-23 Track & Field (Junior Season)
Named to NSIC All-Academic Team.  ...Named to Spring 2023 VPAA and Engagement Honor Roll. ...13^th in 10,000 at NSIC Outdoor Championship in 36:17.80. …PR in 3,000 (indoor) in 9:18.29, finishing 23^rd at Bison Open.

2021 (Freshman Year)
Named to Fall 2021 VPAA and Engagement Honor Roll. ...Named to Spring 2022 VPAA and Engagement Honor Roll. ...Ran top 10K time of 33:06.7 to finish 123rd at Central Region Championship. ...Was 46th in 8K-best time of 27:10.4 at NSIC Championship.

2020 Season (First Year) 
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the cross country season was canceled.

High School
Participated in cross country and track & field at Helena High School in Helena, Mont... Earned letters in band and cross country... Accepted and graduated as a member of National Honor Society... Montana Behavioral Initiative Award winner... Coached by Kelly Gilbert on track and cross country.  

Personal
Plays alto-saxophone... Favorite TV show is Parks and Recreation because it "makes me laugh more than most comedy shows"... Favorite subject is English... Enjoys making ceramic art work.
