Named to Class B All-State 1st Team as he hit .415 (27-of-65)  with 3 doubles, 3 triples, and had 22 RBIs as a senior. Also pitched 36 innings with 3 wins, allowed 14 earned runs and strike out 41. Played quarterback for the Des Lacs-Burlington football team and played basketball.
