Stay straight as 83 turns into N. Broadway.
Turn right on 11th Ave. NW
Wellness Center will be on the right.

From the South:
Follow U.S. Highway 83/S. Broadway north into Minot.
Turn left on 11th Ave. NW
Wellness Center will be on the right.

From the West:
Follow U.S. Highway 2/52 into Minot.
Turn left on Western Ave. SW/Burdick Expressway
