Mission
As a core value the Diversity and Inclusion team believes in equality and inclusion for all staff, students, and student athletes at Minot State University. We seek to establish and maintain an environment and culture of inclusion and respect for all, including but not limited to age, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or national origin.
The Diversity and Inclusion Council will provide a place where student athletes can voice their concerns with one another and find ways to connect and establish good relationships with other staff and students throughout campus in a safe, friendly, and supportive environment.
