2015: Started in 42 games for Minot State... Ranked second on the team with a batting average of .386... Scored 34 runs and batted in another 11... Had a .930 fielding percentage on 114 attempts. 

2014: Played in 39 games for the Beavers starting 39 games at second base... Went 45-for-151 (.298) while driving in 13 runs... Had a stellar performance against Southwest Minnesota State (3/15) collecting three hits which included a double and triple while driving two runners... Led the team in runs scored (27), doubles (11), and stolen bases (9).

Pre-Minot State: Played two seasons at Illinois Central College... Helped ICC to a school record 39 wins as a sophomore.

High School: Played football, hockey and baseball at Manual High School... Was a four-year letter winner and four-year First Team All-Area Selection... Graduated 11th in a class of over 200.

Personal: Son of Diane Purifoy and Mark Hammerl... Majoring in Biology.
