Caleb Heilman and Heilman's Performance was hired in December of 2018 to lead Minot State Athletic's strength & conditioning programs. Caleb Heilman has been with the university for the past seven seasons working with individual program's strength and conditioning, primarily MSU baseball. Caleb has also worked with the softball and volleyball teams.
He has certifications from USA-Weightlifting, Functional Movement Systems and the National Strength & Conditioning Association.
Heilman is a graduate of Minot State, earning his degree in Corporate Fitness. He played baseball for the Beavers from 2009-2012, playing in 79 games for the Beavers. Heilman, an infielder, finished his career with 44 hits, 23 runs batted in, nine doubles, a triple, a home run and swiped 15 bases.
Along with working at Minot State, he is the owner/operator of Heilman's Performance in Minot, N.D.
