Coach "Holli" Holliday joins the Minot State softball staff in the summer of 2022 as an assistant coach after spending the last 3 seasons as a graduate assistant at NCAA Division I Grambling University in Louisiana.
She received her Masters in Sports Administration from Grambling.
Prior to coaching at Grambling, Holliday was the head coach for 5 seasons for the Saint Mary’s School high school softball team in Raleigh, N.C.
On the diamond as a collegiate player at Shaw University in North Carolina where she majored in Athletic Training, Coach "Holli" hit .266 in her career with the Bears with 14 home runs, 64 RBIs, 78 runs scored, and 60 stolen bases. She was named to the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) All-Rookie Team following her freshman season and earned 2nd Team All-CIAA honors at catcher. Following her sophomore season she was selected as a member of Team USA for the 2012 Curacao Friendship Series.
A product of Burlington Township High School in Burlington, New Jersey, she was a two-time 1st Team All-Conference selection as well as class Treasurer, a student athletic trainer, and Vice President of the Women's Club.
Coach "Holli" also has two dogs she loves and adores, Kane, a Presa Canario, and Kam, a German Rottweiler.
