Fred Mueller enters his third season at Minot State University as an Assistant Softball Coach.
Mueller will serve as the teams pitching coach as well as work with all aspects of the team, including recruiting.Â
In 2013, Mueller helped coach Northern Sun Pitcher of the Year, Mandy Greenberg, to a 25-5 overall record with a 1.12 ERA.
Prior to coming to Minot State, Mueller spent seven years coaching high school softball at Bishop Ryan High School in Minot. In his last season with the Lions, he led his team to a second place finish at the state tournament in Fargo.
