Aaron Daley

Aaron Daley is in his ninth season as an assistant coach for the Minot State University women's soccer program.

Daley assists in all aspects of the soccer program including recruiting and game-plan strategy.

In 2017, Daley helped lead the Beavers to a 12-5-2 overall record and an 11-3-1 record in NSIC play. Following the season, Minot State tied the school record with seven players being named to the All-NSIC team.

He helped the Beavers capture the 2016 NSIC Championship going 14-0-1 to earn the school's first-ever NSIC regular season title. MSU tied its team record from the season before with 16 wins, going 16-3-1 overall. The Beavers qualified for its third NCAA Division II National Tournament and it second straight appearances in the NCAA Central Region.

Under Daley's direction, MSU's defense led the Northern Sun in goals allowed with just 13.

In 2015, Daley helped the Beavers to a 16-5-1 record and a third place finish in the conference standings. MSU ranked third in goals scored (38) and fourth in goals allowed (17) in the NSIC. 

The 2014 Beavers went 10-7-2 overall and scored 28 goals on the season. The defense was at the top of the NSIC, allowing just 17 goals with a .89 goals allowed per game, good enough for third best in conference.

In 2013, Minot State went 7-8-3 overall and scored 19 goals on the season. The Beaver defense however was stellar, allowing just 1.33 goals per game.

In 2012, Daley helped the Beavers finish 15-4-3 overall including an appearance in the NCAA Division II Tournament.
