Daisy de Boer

Coach de Boer joined the Minot State coaching staff in the summer of 2023 after an All-NSIC playing career with the Beavers.

De Boer served the midfield and played a total of 39 games in two seasons with the Beavers, scoring 2 goals and assisting on another. De Boer was named 2nd Team All-NSIC in 2021 followed by the United Soccer Coaches All-Region Team, All-Tournament Team, the NSIC All-Conference Team, and NSIC All-Academic in 2022. Additionally, De Boer is a multi-time member of the VPAA and Engagement Honor Roll at Minot State.

Prior to coming to Minot, de Boer competed at the professional level and served the Dutch National Team U15 & U16 teams, FC Twente U16 & U19 teams, followed by 2 seasons for SC Heerenveen Women that competes in the Dutch Eredivisie as she finished up her study at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences. Once arrived in the United States, she began her college career at Angelina College and continued her career at the NCAA Division 1 University of North Dakota Fighting Hawks.

De Boer is currently active as the Women’s Soccer Specialist at Slamstox in Eindhoven, Netherlands, an agency that helps ambitious student-athletes find athletic scholarships in the USA to combine study and sports. She recently received her bachelor’s degree in management from Minot State and now is finishing up her master’s degree in Sports Management.
