Wade Weppler joins the Minot State wrestling staff after spending three seasons competing for the Beavers. Weppler collected an overall record of 13-13 at Minot State, including three wins by fall.
Before Minot State, Weppler wrestled two seasons at North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton, N.D.
In 2006, at Des Lacs - Burlington High School, he won the North Dakota Class B State Title at 189 pounds.
He is a native of Minot, N.D. and is currently a senior at MISU, pursuing his degree in Energy Economics and Finance.
