Mitchell Eull enters his second season as a Volunteer Assistant Coach on the Minot State staff in 2019-20.
Eull joined the Beavers coaching staff after enjoying a historic season for Minot State during the 2017-18 season on the mat. Eull finished sixth in the heavyweight division at the NCAA Division-II Championships to become the first wrestler in the D-II era to earn All-American honors.
Eull finished the season with a 32-7 overall record and was 14-1 against Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference opponents.
His sixth-place finish at the NCAA Championships capped a season in which he broke the Minot State career wins record, became the first Beaver to win an NCAA Super Region title, became the first MSU wrestler to advance to the NCAA Championships, and registered the first NCAA Championship win in school history.
