Rafferty joined the Minot State staff in the summer of 2023 as the women's soccer goalkeeper coach.

A Minot State alum, Rafferty played in 74 games with 17 career shutouts in four season with the Beavers. She earned NSCAA 2nd Team All-Central Region and 1st Team All-NSIC honors and was named NSIC Goalkeeper of the Year as a freshman, and was named to the NSIC All-Academic Team multiple times.
