Kiera Shwaluk joined the Minot State staff in the summer of 2023 as a graduate assistant for marketing and promotions after a successful career on the softball field with the Beavers.

The former Minot State speedster is No. 2 in the Beavers NCAA Division II-era in career stolen bases (59), and No. 9 in on-base percentage (.426) as she hit .352 for her career, scored 74 runs, and had 39 RBIs in four seasons on the diamond. She also twice earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence honors.
