• NAIA All-American in 3,000-meter steeplechase at 2004 NAIA Outdoor Championships (5th)
• NAIA All-American as part of Beavers’ 4th-place distance medley relay team at 2003 NAIA Indoor Championships
• NAIA All-American in cross country in 2002 and 2003
• NAIA National Champion in cross country as a member of Minot State’s 2002 and 2003 NAIA National Championship men’s cross-country teams
