The
Minot State
Football team will try to stay perfect in conference play when the Beavers host
Valley City State tomorrow afternoon in their homecoming game.
The Beavers are coming off of last week's 42-10 win over
Mayville State and will run into a
Vikings team that narrowly knocked off
South Dakota Mines last week. The Beavers know they'll have their hands full on both sides of the ball.
Paul Rudolph,
MSU football coach:Well I think it's gonna be an interesting matchup. I think they're a pretty good football team. Good on defense, got 9 guys returning and they play hard, run around and got some skilled guys on offense that can make some things happen. Hopefully we can hang in there.
Tommy Weidler, senior:They like to mix it up. They can throw the ball pretty well and run the ball well so gotta be ready for everything.
