NEW TOWN, N.D. – Senior 
Tyler Rudolph scored 20 points and grabbed 12 rebounds, but Minot State lost to Dickinson State 73-67 on Wednesday in an exhibition game played at 4 Bears Casino & Lodge.
 
Rudolph finished the game 7-of-13 from the floor and was 4-of-4 from the free throw line to lead three players in double figures.
 
Nathaniel Moore added 17 points and 
Luis Ricci Maia finished with 14 points for Minot State.
 
Dickinson State was led by Brian Neal who scored 22 points, while Ryan Clark scored 12 and Marcus White had 10 points and eight rebounds.
 
Minot State will open the regular season on Nov. 10 when it participates in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference/Great American Conference Challenge in Lancaster, Texas. The Beavers open challenge play against Southern Arkansas on Nov. 10 at 5 p.m. and then faces Henderson State on Nov. 11 at 2 p.m.
