MINOT, N.D. – The Minot State University Athletic Department has signed a six-year contract extension with Under Armour and Universal Athletic to remain the exclusive official outfitters of the Beavers through June 30, 2023.
As part of the multi-year agreement, Under Armour be the outfitter for all on-field and training gear for all 14 intercollegiate sports including more than 300 student-athletes as well as coaches and athletics department staff.
"This agreement allows Beaver Athletics to continue to co-brand with two high-quality organizations and further develop our partnership with both Under Armour and Universal Athletic," said Minot State Director of Athletics 
Andy Carter. "Our main focus is to provide MSU student-athletes the best quality apparel and shoes possible and I am proud we are able to continue to do this for them through this agreement."
This is the third contract between Minot State, Under Armour and Universal Athletic as UA became of exclusive brand for MSU Athletics in 2011. The newest contract, which eliminates the last year of the current deal with the Maryland-based company to parallel with the state of North Dakota's biennial budget process, will increase funding to the university by approximately 35 percent.
Fans will also have the ability to purchase official Minot State Under Armour gear through online stores, powered by Universal Athletic. Merchandise will be available at various times throughout each year.
