MINOT, N.D. – After recording 24 stolen bases in a doubleheader sweep over Bemidji State on Wednesday, the Minot State baseball team set an NSIC single-season record in stolen bases.
 
The Beavers are up to 112 stolen bases in NSIC games this year, surpassing the previous record of 101 set by Augustana last season.
 
Minot State won 10-3 and 12-10 over Bemidji State to finish the season with a record of 20-3 at home at Corbett Field.
 
The Beavers are 29-4 at home the last two seasons after posting a 9-1 record last season.
 
Game One: Minot State 10, Bemidji State 3
 
How It Happened
	- Trevaun Smith reached on an infield single and came around to score on a sacrifice fly by Michael Borst to hand the Beavers a 1-0 lead in the first.
 
	- The Beavers added three more in the second inning off a two-RBI single by Tyler Wiltshire and an RBI single by Borst.
 
	- Bemidji State plated two runs on four hits in the fifth inning to cut the Minot State lead in half, 4-2.
 
	- Darrel Doll lined an RBI single down the right field line before Celestino Rodriguez ripped an RBI double down the left field line to stretch the Minot State lead to 8-2 in the fifth.
 
	- Minot State scored two more in the fifth off Wyatt Schlosser's RBI double and Ryley Humrighouse's sacrifice fly.
 
	- BSU scored its final run of the game in the sixth on an RBI double.
 
	- Jake Collins doubled home Dillon Buckmeier and scored on Borst's sac fly to score the final runs of the game.

	- BSU scored a run in the second on a solo home run to right.
 
	- Minot State added a pair in the second on Borst's sac fly and Doll's RBI single to right.
 
	- The teams exchanged a run in the third before playing a scoreless fourth inning.
 
	- Schlosser drilled a two-RBI single in the fifth to extend the lead to 9-2.
 
	- Pokorney and Schlosser attempted a double steal from first and second before touching home on a wild throw by the catcher and a failed attempt by the BSU outfielder to track down the errant pass.
 
	- Bemidji State scored a pair in the sixth and tacked on sixth runs in the eighth to come within one run of tying the game.
 
	- Minot State scored its final run in the eighth on Andrew Black's RBI groundout.
