MINOT, ND --The Minot State volleyball team could not overcome an opposing Wildcats offense Friday at home falling to Wayne State (NE) in three sets (12-25, 20-25, 12-25).
The loss dropped Minot State's record to 3-24 overall and 1-16 in NSIC play.
Katelyn Onespot-Danforth finished with 11 kills on the day to lead the Beavers attack while finishing with a hitting percentage of .533. Â 13 digs from Maya Vibeto to lead them defensively.

SET 2 | A 25-20 set-two loss put Minot State in a 2-0 hole in the match. The Beavers trailed by as many as six points as Wayne State (NE) grabbed the advantage for good at 3-2 in a set that was knotted up just once before the Wildcats took over the lead.
SET 3 | Minot State couldn't prolong the match and lost in set number three. The Beavers lost the first point and never took the lead before falling in the set 25-12.
