ST. CLOUD, Minn. -- Senior Connor Hill went 2-for-4 with a double for the Minot State Beavers in a 6-2 loss to the Saint Cloud State Huskies on Saturday.

Senior Hayden Bode (0-4) started and took the loss on the mound for Minot State. Senior Noah Balandran was a bright spot out of the bullpen, going one shutout inning without allowing a hit.

At the plate, the Beavers were paced by Hill, who went 2-for-4 on the day with a double. Junior Oscar Pegg put together a standout performance at the dish as well, going 1-for-2 with a double and a walk.
