Minot State soccer sets schedule for 1st season under coach Chris Logan

MINOT, N.D. – The new era in Minot State women's soccer kicks off with three straight road games in September as the Beavers announced their schedule for the fall 2025 season.

Minot State's first-year head coach, and former NCAA Division I head man, Chris Logan is pleased to unveil his team's slate for the upcoming season which features eight home contests, three non-conference games, and 15 battles against NSIC foes.

The inaugural season for the Beavers under the veteran Coach Logan begins with three straight on the road as tune-ups for the NSIC race, with Minot State opening the season at Regis in Colorado on September 4 before a non-conference battle with NSIC rival Concordia, St. Paul in Minnesota on September 7.

The pre-conference tune-up slate wraps up on September 13 with the Beavers playing at Montana State Billings.

Then it's time for the NSIC race as the Beavers look to continue their recent success that has seen Minot State play in the NSIC Tournament title game two of the last three seasons.

The NSIC opener also will be the home debut for Minot State and its new coach as the Beavers host St. Cloud State on Friday, September 19, at 5 p.m. at First Western Bank Field at Herb Parker Stadium.

The Beavers then host national runner-up champion Minnesota State, Mankato on Sunday, September 21, at 1 p.m., wrapping up the team's first of three home-stands.

After making their home debut, the Beavers hit the road for four straight, a stretch that starts with a return trip to St. Paul to take on Concordia, St. Paul in an NSIC-counting contest on September 26.

The two-weekend road trip continues on September 28 at Winona State, then Minot State plays at Minnesota Duluth on October 3, and at Bemidji State on October 5.

Minot State then returns to the Magic City for a three-game home-stand that starts with Augustana visiting First Western Bank Field at Herb Parker Stadium on Friday, October 10, at 5 p.m.

Wayne State is then in town on Sunday, October 12, for a 1 p.m. game before the Beavers wrap up the home-stand hosting Northern State on Friday, October 17, at 5 p.m.

Minot State then hits the road one final time for three straight, starting with the first meeting since 2011 with in-state rival and NSIC newcomer Jamestown. The Jimmies host the Beavers on Sunday, October 19.

Minot State then heads to Southwest Minnesota State on October 24, and closes its road slate at Sioux Falls on October 26.

The Beavers return to the friendly confines of First Western Bank Field at Herb Parker Stadium to close the regular season and host three straight, starting with a Halloween contest against Minnesota Crookston on Friday, October 31, at 5 p.m.

Minot State then hosts Minnesota State Moorhead on Sunday, November 2, at 2 p.m., before closing the regular season with its other in-state rival, the University of Mary, as the Marauders visit on Thursday, November 6, at 2 p.m.

The postseason begins on Monday, November 10, with the top eight teams in the NSIC advancing to the NSIC Tournament and the top four teams in the regular-season standings hosting a first-round playoff game.
