Minot State falls against Regis

DENVER, Colo. -- Minot State came up short on Thursday (Sept. 4) on the road at Regis, with a 4-1 loss.

The loss dropped Minot St.'s record to 0-1-0 overall.

How it Happened

Regis (CO) broke the 0-0 tie when Fernanda Rodriguez scored in the 14th minute, assisted by Brooke Castillo.

The Rangers extended their lead to 2-0 on a goal from Elsie Miller in the 24th minute.

Minot State closed the gap to 2-1 on Brittney Egbert's 32nd-minute goal, her first of the season.

The Rangers grabbed a 3-1 lead with a 43rd-minute goal from Paige Davis, assisted by Miller.

Regis (CO) grabbed their final goal of the game, making it 4-1 on Elsa Nolen's goal in the 61st minute, assisted by Andie Rylance.
