ST. CLOUD, MN -- Minot State fell 1-0 on the road against St. Cloud State on Sunday (Sept. 13) at Husky Stadium.
The loss dropped Minot State's record to 1-4-0 overall and 0-2-0 in NSIC play.
How it Happened
After the Huskies took a 1-0 lead into halftime, Minot State kept St. Cloud scoreless the rest of the way. Rebecca Sargent led Minot State with five saves. The Beavers registered seven shots in the loss, three of them on goal. Minot State faced 15 Husky shots, six of them on goal.

"Giving up a goal 1 minute into the game is never ideal, but I'm proud of the team for how we reacted after. A lot of positives to take from this weekend. Our team is gritty, and we worked our tails off.
