MOORHEAD, MN --The Minot State volleyball team could not out-play a potent Dragons offense Friday on the road falling to Minnesota State-Moorhead in straight sets (11-25, 14-25, 12-25).
The loss dropped Minot State's record to 3-8 overall and 0-3 in NSIC play.
Katelyn Onespot-Danforth finished with eight kills on the day to lead the Beavers offense. Defensively, had two players reach double figures in digs as Caton Pearcy had 11 and Maya Vibeto had 11.

SET 1 | The Beavers fell behind early, dropping a tough first set 25-11. Minot State trailed by as many as 14 points as Minnesota State-Moorhead never gave up the lead in a set that was tied up just once before the Dragons took control.
SET 2 | A 25-14 set-two loss put Minot State in a 2-0 hole in the match. The Beavers lost the first point and fought from behind the rest of the way before dropping the set.
SET 3 | Minnesota State-Moorhead finished the sweep with a set-three victory. The Beavers dropped a tough set 25-12. Minot State trailed by as many as 13 points as Minnesota State-Moorhead grabbed the advantage for good at 5-4 in a set that was tied up four times before the Dragons took over the lead.
