Named to 2024-25 Winter NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence. …Named to 2025 Spring NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence. …Named to the Fall 2024 President’s List. …Named to the Spring 2025 President’s List. …Finished 6th in the 10,000 meters in 37:17.36 at the NSIC Outdoor Championships, and was 9th in the 5,000 meters in 18:17.33 at the NSIC Indoor Championship. Ran collegiate-best times of 18:08.96 in the outdoor 5,000 at the Bison Open, and of 37:08.53 in the 10,000 at the Phil Esten Challenge, and won the 1,500 in a collegiate-best time of 4:56.77 at UMary's Al Bortke Open. Also ran a collegiate-best indoor mile time of 5:26.26 at the SDSU Indoor Classic.

Finished 85th at the NSIC Championships, hosted by Minot State, finishing the 6K course in 23:41.4. Ran a collegiate-best 6K time of 23:24.5 at the Marauders Invitational in October, finishing 16th.

Named to 2023-24 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team for Cross Country and Track & Field ...Named to fall 2023 NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ...Named to fall 2023 President's List ...Named to spring 2024 President's List ...Finished 171st at the Central Region Championships in 24:59.1 on a 6K course. Finished 68th at the NSIC Championship in a career-best 6K time of 23:20.8.

Named to Spring 2023 President's List. ...Named to Fall 2022 President's List. ...Ran personal-best of 23:43.2 at NCAA Division II Central Region Championship, finishing 141st on 6K course. ...Finished 76th at NSIC Championship in 25:13.2 on 6K course. ...Ran a 4K PR of 14:44.1, finishing 25th at the MSU Moorhead Dragon Twilight Invitational. ...Ran a 5K PR of 19:08.1, finishing 12th at the Mystic-Marauder Invite.

Why I chose Minot State:
It was my dream to run in college and Minot gave me that opportunity.
