2023-24 Season
Finished 13th in the 1,000 meters in 3:07.00, which was also a PR, and was part of the Beavers' 6th-place DMR (12:16.86) at the NSIC Indoor Championships. Ran indoor PRs in the 3,000 in 10:54.66 at the SDSU Indoor Classic and in the mile in 5:21.81 at the UND Open. Finished 3rd earning All-NSIC honors in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NSIC Outdoor Championship in 11:07.56, a PR and all-time school record, and was aprt of the Beavers' 9th-place 4x400 relay (3:59.48). Ran outdoor PRs in the 5,000 meters in 18:28.52 at the Dewey Donat Classic, in the 1,500 of 4:53.12 at the DSU Blue Hawk Games, and in the 800 in 2:23.15 at the Yellowjackets/Battlin Bears Icebreaker Open.
