Biography

2016: Appeared in 21 games, making 18 starts... Had third-best batting average on the team (.342) and fifth-best on-base percentage (.395)... Recorded 11 runs, 17 RBIs, five doubles and five home runs on 25 hits... Earned NSIC All-Academic team honors. 

2015: Started in all 25 games for Minot State... Finished the season with a .253 batting average... Scored 25 runs, batting in another 25... Hit seven home runs.

2014: Played in 33 games for the Beavers, making 32 starts at catcher and DH... Went 22-for-103 (.214) driving in ten batters and hitting four homerun's... Hit a homerun in first collegiate at-bat against Wayne State (2/23).

2013: Redshirted.

High School: Participated in basketball, volleyball, track and field, handball, golf, football, and baseball while attending Miller Comprehensive High School…  Was named MVP for basketball, volleyball, and baseball.

Personal: Son of Greg and Annette Vogelsang… Helped his team to a Silver medal at the 2011 baseball Canada Cup… Majoring in Geology.
