"I chose MSU because I know I'm going to be challenged there. Academically, the school offers just what I was looking for as a career-path and it's really going to push me out of my comfort zone. Athletically, I'm going to experience a whole new pace of the game and I'm stoked at the opportunity to stretch myself and challenge my ability at a whole new level. Plus, I have family around the area and that makes it so much more special to me."

Named All-Academic, All-Conference First-Team, NJCAA Division III All-Tournament Team, NJCAA Division III Runners-up in basketball... Named All-Academic in Volleyball... Earned Highest Honors.

Participated in basketball and volleyball at Perham High School in Perham, Minn... Earned Highest Honors, All-Academoic, HOL All-Conference, Offensive Award, and Sportsmanship Award.

Daughter of Kristi Wunderlich... Fun fact: I love peanut butter on my burgers... Favorite TV Show: When Calls the Heart - I love watching old-fashioned, western movies. The romance is just a nice bonus in this series... During lockdown: Started a family biography on my last name... Greatest Athletic Achievement: Either making it to the NJCAA National Tournament and getting runner-up in 2020 or coming back from a torn ACL stronger than I was before my injury... Favorite subject: Writing... Summer (2020): Trained, watched kiddos, and spent a good amount of time in the company of others... Favorite vacation: So far, Italy or Austrailia... More about Janie: I'm one of seven brothers and sisters and we are all two years apart from 13-25. They are my best friends. I absolutyle love children, I eat basically anything, I love books, and I like learning new hobbies. I love mission work and I want to travel the world to see not the nicest places, but the worst places and do what I can to help those people.
