2023-24 Season
Finished 12th in the 60-meter hurdles in a PR time of 8.29 seconds at the NSIC Indoor Championships and was part of the Beavers' 6th-place 4x400 relay (3:21.70). Ran an indoor PR in the 60-meter dash of 7.28 seconds at the Bison Open and a PR outdoors in the 400 of 50.45 at the Yellowjackets/Battlin Bears Icebreaker Open.

2022-23 Junior Season
Won the NSIC Championship in the 400-meter hurdles with a career-best and Minot State NCAA D-II era record time of 54.23 seconds at the NSIC Outdoor Championships. Also 7th in the 110-meter hurdles in career-best time of 14.94 seconds. ...Ran career-best in the 200 meters of 22.71 at the Mrauders-Mystics Tune-up outdoors. ...11th in the 60-meter hurdles in 8.53 and part of the Beavers 6th-place 4x400 relay (3:25.99) at the NSIC Indoor Championships. ...Ran a career-best 7.31 in the 60 meters at the Marauders Tune-Up, a career-best of 36.10 in the 300 meters at the UND Open, a career-best and Minot State NCAA D-II era record of 8.46 seconds in the 60 hurdles at the SDSU DII Invite, and a career-best in the 400 of 53.92 at the Marauders Indoor Opener & Multi indoors.
 
2021-22 Sophomore Season
13th in the 60-meter hurdles in 8.73 seconds at the NSIC Indoor Championships. ...Did not compete outdoors.
 
2020-21 Freshman Season
8th in the 110-meter hurdles in 15.52 seconds and part of Minot State's 8th-place 4x100 relay (43.02) at the NSIC Outdoor Championships. ...11th in the 60-meter hurdles in 8.70 seconds at the NSIC Indoor Championships.

High School
Participated in football (HC: Joel Flancher), basketball (Ed Morgan), and track & field (Brandon Krage) at Brighton High School in Brighton, Colo. ... Graduated in 2020... Two-time Second-Team All-Conference... First-Team All-Conference.
